2. After it comes to a boil, combine the tapioca starch and two tablespoons of the spicy sauce in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour the mixture into the cooking pan and whisk frequently until smooth. Boil for two to three minutes, stirring continuously, or until the sauce thickens and turns glossy. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking for another thirty to one minute. Spoon into a big bowl, sprinkle with a little salt and cover the top to stay warm.

3. In a big zip-loc bag, combine the tapioca starch and a small amount of salt. Toss will coat the chicken after adding it.

4. With the large frying pan you have, heat up 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat. Then, add half of the chicken and cook for two to three minutes or until golden brown.

5. Add the chicken and sesame seeds into the bowl along with the sauce. Mix until evenly covered.

6. Serve with green onions and cauliflower rice, then devour!

Is This Recipe of Sesame Chicken Healthy for Everyone?

Sesame chicken wouldn’t be regarded as “healthy” by conventional standards because it is deep-fried and covered in a sauce that tastes like sugar and MSG. But keep in mind that occasionally, eating “unhealthy” food can be good for your spirit. Therefore, it’s okay to consume it if you’re desiring it!
