Preparing a meal with a new chef is an exciting task, and while it’s unfair for you to expect a lot from them (they are new to cooking, after all), there are some common dishes newbie chefs can easily prepare. With that in mind, let’s check some of these dishes out.

Easy-to-Cook Beef Stroganoff Enough for Two People

You can prepare a traditional beef stroganoff to fit a king in just 25 minutes. This meal is ideal for a romantic evening at home. Here is its recipe:

• 1/2 small opinion

• 4 ounces of fresh mushrooms

• 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

• Sprinkle in some pepper and salt as desired

• 1/3 of sour cream

• 1/2 pound of ground beef

• 1 cup of raw egg noodles

• 1 clove of Jarred minced garlic, one clove

• 2 tablespoons of flour

• 1 cup of beef broth low in salt

Cook the egg noodles according to instructions on the package. In a large skillet cook the ground beef and onion until they’re brown. Heat should be medium until the beef color is not pink.

Drain the fat while keeping the beef and onions in the skillet. Next, add the mushrooms and the garlic to the skillet, and cook the mushrooms for around 3 minutes. After that, stir the flour into the mix and cook for approximately 1 minute more.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and broth to the dish and wait for it to boil. Decrease the heat to a medium, and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the beef mixture from the heat and add the egg noodles and sour cream. Toss to blend and mix the ingredients.

Finally, garnish the dish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.

Alfredo Sauce for Pasta from Eleanor Gaccetta’s Recipes

Utilizing the secrets to cooking tasty pasta with a rich sauce to quickly cheer anyone up is a sweet and thoughtful notion. Since making one is not hard, any newbie chef can cook it up. All they have to do is cook their preferred pasta by boiling it in salted water.

While you’re waiting for the pasta water to boil, you can make the sauce by combining these ingredients in a saucepan using low heat:

• 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley that’s been chopped

• 1 cup ricotta cheese

• 1 cube of softened butter

• 1½ tablespoons of Romano cheese

• Sprinkles of salt and pepper to add more flavor

It’s important to stir constantly to incorporate every ingredient into a rich and smooth sauce. Then, you need to turn the stove off and leave the saucepan on top of the burner stirring occasionally so it can remain warm.  Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook. Pour a small volume of pasta water into the serving dish and drain the pasta.

Finally, add the pasta to the serving dish, pour the sauce mixture on the pasta, and mix all of them to incorporate the liquid into the dish.
