Alfredo Sauce for Pasta from Eleanor Gaccetta’s Recipes

Utilizing the secrets to cooking tasty pasta with a rich sauce to quickly cheer anyone up is a sweet and thoughtful notion. Since making one is not hard, any newbie chef can cook it up. All they have to do is cook their preferred pasta by boiling it in salted water.

While you’re waiting for the pasta water to boil, you can make the sauce by combining these ingredients in a saucepan using low heat:

• 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley that’s been chopped

• 1 cup ricotta cheese

• 1 cube of softened butter

• 1½ tablespoons of Romano cheese

• Sprinkles of salt and pepper to add more flavor

It’s important to stir constantly to incorporate every ingredient into a rich and smooth sauce. Then, you need to turn the stove off and leave the saucepan on top of the burner stirring occasionally so it can remain warm.  Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook. Pour a small volume of pasta water into the serving dish and drain the pasta.

Finally, add the pasta to the serving dish, pour the sauce mixture on the pasta, and mix all of them to incorporate the liquid into the dish.
